Ramadaniyat 21: Fruits Provides Your Body with Healthy Nutrients – a Delicious Dry Fruits Milkshake Recipe

The Almighty said: “And We brought forth for you thereby gardens of palm trees and grapevines in which for you are abundant fruits and from which you eat.” (Al Mu’minun: 19)

Allah has blessed us with many blessings and fruits is one of the blessings. Dates, dried fruits and nuts are part of a healthy diet during the holy month of Ramadan. But avoid overeating dried fruits because they contain a high amount of sugar.

These foods provide the body with healthy nutrients. They give the body energy and thus help maintain vitality throughout this holy month. But, of course, it should be eaten in moderation to avoid weight gain.

 

 

A Delicious and Refreshing Dry Fruits Milkshake Recipe 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almonds

  • 1/4 cup of pistachios, unsalted

  • 1 cup cashews

  • 1/4 cup of dried raisins

  • 8 dates

  • 3 dried figs

  • 2 1/2 cup milk

 

Preparation:

Mix all the nuts and dried fruits with the milk in a mixer until the mixture becomes creamy, then pour and divide the mixture into cups.

Garnish with slices of dried fruit and nuts and serve immediately. Enjoy it with your family!
