Treating Scars: Place a fresh slice of ginger on your scars and leave it to dry. Do this once or twice a day.

Skin Generation: Combine an equal amount of grated ginger, honey, and fresh lemon juice. Leave the mask on the skin for 30 minutes, then wash it to reveal radiant skin.

Stimulates Hair Growth and Activates the Blood Circulation of the Scalp: Mix the same amount of grated ginger and jojoba oil, then massage it in your hair and scalp. Wash the shampoo after 30 minutes.

A Delicious And Simple Recipe To Enhance Body Immunity

The following delicious and simple recipe enhances body immunity, especially during the cold winter season. It protects you and your family from illnesses. One teaspoon of this great and powerful mixture a day is good enough to boost your immunity and helps keep sickness, such as cold and flu away from you and your family.

The Recipe

You need a jar with a tight lid. You will use this jar to mix the ingredients and then store it in the refrigerator

Add a quarter cup of raw unfiltered al-sidr or manuka honey, or any good raw unfiltered honey.

Add one tablespoon of freshly grated ginger.

Add one tablespoon of fresh grated turmeric. If you do not have fresh turmeric, you could use powder turmeric as well.  

Add a quarter teaspoon of fresh grated black pepper.

Then add a zest of one lemon.

For extra immunity, you could add one teaspoon of fresh crushed garlic, and a couple dashes of cayenne pepper.

Mix all the ingredients together in the jar.

Close the jar with the lid and keep it in the refrigerator not more than 10 days.

You can take it as tea, by adding a teaspoon of this mixture to a cup. Then pour boiling water on the cup. But make sure to wait for a few minutes for the water to cool a bit before adding it to the mix so that honey does not lose its benefits. Scientific studies proved that honey loses its benefits if added to a very hot liquid. You could also add one teaspoon of the mixture to your favorite cup of juice.
