ممكن استخدام زيت السمسم من خلال تطبيقه موضعيا على البشرة من خلال دهنه على الوجه، او اليدين أو القدمين. يمكنك أيضا أن تضيفي بذور السمسم مع الطعام. طبعا مطبخنا الشرقي لا يستغني عن طحينة السمسم. وممكن ايضا تناول السمسم عن طريق رش هذه البذور الغنية بالمغذيات على طبق الطعام. يمكنك أيضًا مزجها مع اللبن أو العصير لإعطائه نكهة المكسرات. أيضا، انقعي هذه البذور في الليل في كوب من الماء ثم تناوليها في الصباح، فإنها تساعد على امتصاص الكالسيوم والمعادن من البذور، وكذلك يقلل من آثار حمض الأكساليك الموجود في السمسم والتي يمكن أن تمنع امتصاص العناصر الغذائية.ب

السمسم العضوي والغير معدل وراثيا هو الافضل
