نظفي فمك وتمضمضي بملعقة كبيرة من زيت جوز الهند لبضع دقائق لأن زيت جوز الهند يحتوي على حمض اللوريك الذي يقتل بكتيريا الفم الضارة. لا أبتلع زيت جوز الهند، ثم اغسلي فمك بالماء وبعد ذلك نظفي أسنانك كالمعتاد. عندما تستخدميه سوف تشعرين بنظافة أسنانك وسوف تصبح بيضاء ومشرقة. وايضا يعطر الفم طوال اليوم. هذه الطريقة أفضل من استخدام المنتجات الكيميائية.ب

On face and skin
It is safe to use on the skin. Coconut oil seeps deep into the skin pores and moisturizes and smooth the skin. It also reduces fine lines and wrinkles on the face.
For diabetes, mix it with other essential oil, like cinnamon and coriander oil and rub it daily before going to bed on the bottom of your feet. Massaging the feet with this mixture increases the blood circulation and help control blood sugar. It also helps your body relax.
Coconut oil could be used as a hair relaxer and conditioner. Just apply to your hair about two tablespoons and massage the hair and scalp with it half an hour before a shower. You could also apply it to your clean dry hair when needed. It nourishes the hair and keeps it calm, soft, smooth, and bright. And it gives the hair a nice natural smell.
For mouth and teeth
For nice clean teeth and fresh breath, rinse your mouth with a full teaspoon of coconut oil for a few minutes. Coconut oil contains lauric acid that kills harmful mouth bacteria. Do not swallow the coconut oil, spit it and rinse your mouth with water then brush your teeth as usual. Your mouth will feel so clean with bright white teeth. It will keep your breath fresh all the time. This method is better than using chemical based products.
In the kitchen
In the kitchen, you could use coconut oil to protect your wooden cutting boards and wooden cooking spoons. Coconut oil has high resistance against mold.
You could use coconut oil for cooking and baking safely. It could be used alone or mix it with other oils. It does not have a very strong and heavy flavor when cooking like other cooking oils. Also, you do not need to use too much coconut oil in cooking and baking since coconut oil does not burn fast.
As I said at the beginning, I use Viva Natural coconut oil. I tried other brands. They were good, but I like Viva Natural the most. It stays fresh and smells nice all the time better than other brands. Compared to other brands, it is in the average price range. I always keep one jar in the kitchen and one for my personal use. So if you do not use coconut oil, I encourage you to try it for all the above reasons.
